ATTENTION ALL MAKEUP LOVERS!!!!!!!!!...... CHECK THIS OUT......

CVS is having a huge 75% off sale on cosmetics. I guess they are preparing for new items so they have a lot of items for buy one get one 50% percent off, buy one get one free and 75% off original retail price. For the items that are 75% off you have to look and pay close attention because the signs aren't big like the other ones. They have little orange stickers on each of the items and it has to have a sticker to apply. Even if you have two items in the same color and brand and only one has a sticker. The one with the sticker will be 75% off the other will be full price. Later this week I will do a haul video but I just wanted to let everyone in Saint Pete know about the sale. Enjoy........................

Project Makeover....... Last week. CHECK THIS OUT!

This was from yesterday. We were bored so I decided to do her makeup. I basically used the BH Cosmetics 120 palette for the eyes. I didnt post it right away so I dont remember the products I used and she wouldnt take a picture without makeup so Im just posting the pictures so ya'll can see them. Enjoy..............

Project Makeover....... CHECK THIS OUT!

So I decided that once a week I would do a makeup makeover. The first participant was my cousin Farrah. For foundation she is wearing is a tinted moisturizer(that Im not going to mention until I do a review on it). I filled in her brows with MAC's eyebrow pencil in Spiked. I based her eyes with MAC's paintpot in the shade groundwork. I used a Milani palette 01 Designer Browns. Her eyeliner was Victoria Secret's smudge pencil in Extreme Black. I used Revlon's mineral foundation as a highlight and TrueMatch's blush in Spiced Plum. I added mini false lashes and use Maybelline's Falsies mascara. And to be honest I have no clue about the lips but these are the results of the makeup. We've decided to do another one this week with brighter colors so I'll keep ya'll posted. Enjoy........    P.S Thanks cuz(in my voice)

this a before picture. she wouldn't look at the camera lol
below are the after pics

Victoria Secret Soft Focus Liquid Foundation..... CHECK THIS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know these are a lot of blog entries for one day but I'm catching up from the weekend lol. Anyway, today's foundation review and recommendation for this week is Victoria Secret's Soft focus Liquid Foundation. I am not currently using this foundation because I'm so hooked on my Revlon ColorStay but I do love this foundation. I have it in the shade Deep 40 which is actually too dark for me now so I started using it as a contour color. But when I was wearing it as an all over foundation, I loved it. Its an all over foundation that gives you a very smooth, dewy type of finish without that harsh made up look that other name brand foundations can leave. It goes on smooth and it has some kind of pearl-like glow to it that is really nice. I will also say this, two of the foundations that I have came with Victoria Secret foundation primer samples. The combination of the primer and the foundation is WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Flawless to say the least. I think if I were to start using this foundation on a regular bases I would definitely have to purchase the primer also. Now on to pricing, I don't know the original price for this foundation. Reason being is most black women do not know about Victoria Secret's makeup line which means they never sell much makeup especially for us. The down side to that is, they might cut our colors from the line eventually. The up side to that is, every makeup product that is for me at Victoria Secret, I HAVE NEVER PAID FULL PRICE FOR. I always get a clearance sell for my shade of lip glosses and foundations. I only paid six dollars a piece for those foundations but if eyeliners there are sixteen dollars I can only imagine the price of the foundation. I'm going to assume that it is anywhere between eighteen and twenty five dollars. Anyway ladies, enjoy..............

L.A Colors Color Craze Nail Polish review.........Check This Out...

Since I cut my nails a week ago I decided that I would start getting into nail polish. So far not a great start. The first one I tried this week was L.A Colors Color Craze nail polish. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........... so here is the thing, I cant really say that I hate the nail polish but what I will say is for dark skinned girls they don't have a wide variety of colors. I got the two colors that I thought would suit me well and it was a no go with both of them. One was a blue that was so bad I painted one nail. The other was a berry color that was okay but I feel like it makes my hands look old. I'm just not really feeling them at all. Like I said these were the colors that best fit dark skin. Maybe another store will have a better selection. On the bright side I will say that the polishes dry quickly and they are only a dollar. So far it would not be a dollar that I'm willing to waste again. It may sound harsh but I have to be completely honest when doing my reviews. Next week I think I might do a red from the NYC collection. My cousin picked one up today and it was hot so Ill let you guys know how that goes. Enjoy..................

Makeup Look of the Day.... Yesterday's look

I was wearing yellow and gray yesterday so I decided to do my eyeshadow with blues and tans that had gray and yellow undertones. Well some of them. Yesterdays look was created using several different palettes including Bh Cosmetics 28 neutral palette and a few L.A Colors palettes. My foundation was of course my Revlon ColorStay in mocha. My blush was L.A Colors in toast. For my lips I used NYC lip sliders in sugar coated. This was a beautiful look for my spring yellow dress.  For step by step instructions on this look check my YoTube channel tonight, Kingdom Beauty(simply put) and the tutorial is Sunday's Best Makeup Look #1. Enjoy.....................

p.s Please disregard all the bumps around my eyes. I had a bad reaction from sleeping in a new makeup a few nights ago:(
